My Time at Sandrock: Skills List and How to Respec Knowledge Points | flipsidesports.net

In the latest Sims 4 update, players can create a new character and choose their skills. This guide will break down all of the skills available to you as well as information on how to respec your knowledge points.

My Time at Sandrock is a new game that allows players to create their own character and explore the world of Dereth. The skills list and how to respec knowledge points are two topics in this game. Read more in detail here: my time at sandrock.

You’ll acquire experience and Knowledge Points as you go through My Time at Sandrock, which you may use to improve your talents. Gathering, Workshop, Combat, and Social are the four knowledge categories where these points may be spent. To get XP for a given skill tree, you must complete specified objectives for each category. Points aren’t thrown into a big pot to be used anyway you like.

This guide will go through all of the existing talents in My Time at Sandrock, as well as their consequences. If you choose to take a different route, it will also inform you how to respec Knowledge Points. However, since there aren’t many available, and several are still in Early Access, it’s unlikely that you’ll need to respec much, if at all.

Knowledge Skills Explained During My Time at Sandrock

You won’t be able to access knowledge trees until you reach Character Level 5. You’ll discover the four talent trees under the Knowledge tab in the menu after you’ve done that. It’s the lightbulb symbol on the right side, between the Calendar and the Album.

Perform particular tasks relevant to each Knowledge area to get experience in that topic.

  • Interacting with rubbish and scrap heaps, collecting different commodities from the ground and trees, and mining are all examples of gathering.
  • Workshop: Building item schematics and crafting stuff at your workbench.
  • Combat consists of fighting monsters and adversaries as well as sparring with the locals.
  • Social: conversing with the locals, sparring with them, and so forth.

Each Knowledge area has its own Level that may be increased regardless of the character’s level. The top right corner of each category in the Knowledge page displays your total level and progress to the next level.

When you have an unspent skill point, a lightbulb appears to the right of your stamina bar, and you can check how many you have by accessing the Knowledge tab and glancing at the four category symbols in the top left. There’s no need to save up skill points since each level just costs one point.

Select a category, double-click a skill node, and then click the Learn button at the bottom of the right-hand description to spend skills points. If you double-click a talent you don’t want, you may quit the menu altogether by pressing ESC, clicking another category and selecting “Cancel,” or right-clicking on the node (albeit the latter didn’t function during my time with the game).

During my time in Sandrock, I learned how to respec skills.

In My Time at Sandrock, it’s unlikely that you’ll need to respec any of your talents. There is, however, a means to do so if you so choose.

Go to the Clinic, which is located near the Game Center, Museum, and sparring ring in the northwest corner of the map. Speak with Feng about the third option, acupuncture. Individual categories, as well as all of your Knowledge Points, will be respec’d at the same time.

Based on the number of skill points in a single category, each respec requires a certain amount of Gols to complete (1 point = 10 Gols). When you choose a category, the actual price will be shown; however, the more categories you have, the more expensive the respec becomes.

That’s pretty much all you need to know about Knowledge Points, talents, and how to respec in My Time at Sandrock right now, as the game nears its Early Access debut. Visit our Sandrock guides page for additional information.
