In the first round of the Winston-Salem Open at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex, American wildcard Christopher Eubanks defeated Australian Adam Walton 2-6, 7-5, 6-4 to move on to the next round. Eubanks, ranked No 123, will now face No 14 seed Hugo Gaston. Other first-round results from the Winston-Salem ATP 250 tournament at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex include Mackenzie McDonald vs. Corentin Moutet, Omni Kumar vs. Pablo Carreno Busta, and David Goffin vs. Jaume Munar, among others.
