The Director of the Grand Prix Drivers’ Association [GPDA], George Russell, has confirmed that a letter will be published to share the drivers’ perspective on the use of swearing. In the meantime, Lewis Hamilton believes that Formula 1 acknowledged that the swearing incident involving Max Verstappen ‘wasn’t a good look’ at the recent race in Singapore. Verstappen used the word ‘f***ed’ to describe his car’s performance and received a community service penalty from the stewards as a result.
