Noskova achieves career-best ranking, Navarro close to breaking into top 10 positions

The latest WTA rankings have been released ahead of the US Open, showing some changes in the top 30 women’s players.

After winning the WTA 500 title in Monterrey, Linda Noskova has significantly climbed up the rankings. Emma Navarro is also steadily moving towards the top 10 in the world.

The top 10 in women’s tennis remains mostly unchanged as players prepare for the final Grand Slam of the year in New York. Here is the current WTA top 10:

1. Iga Swiatek – 10,695 points
2. Aryna Sabalenka – 8,016 points
3. Coco Gauff – 6,743 points
4. Elena Rybakina – 5,931 points
5. Jasmine Paolini – 5,168 points
6. Jessica Pegula – 5,160 points
7. Qinwen Zheng – 3,980 points
8. Barbora Krejcikova – 3,571 points
9. Maria Sakkari – 3,515 points
10. Jelena Ostapenko – 3,428 points

Noskova’s victory in Monterrey has pushed her into the top 30 rankings, although she will not be seeded at the US Open. Navarro, who Noskova defeated in the semi-finals, has also reached a career-high ranking of No. 12, putting her close to entering the top 10.

Several other players, including Ashlyn Krueger, McCartney Kessler, Erika Andreeva, Jessica Bouzaz Maneiro, and Renata Zarazua, have also achieved career-high rankings this week.
