Qualifier Billy Harris secured his spot in the second round of the Hall of Fame Open by defeating Canadian Gabriel Diallo 7-6 (4), 7-5 at the International Tennis Hall of Fame & Museum in Newport on Tuesday evening.
Ranked No. 116, Harris will now face American Mackenzie McDonald in the next round.
