Thiago Agustin Tirante from Argentina advanced to the second round of the Generali Open after defeating Dominic Thiem from Austria with a score of 6-2, 6-4 at the Kitzbühel Tennis Club.
Tirante, who is currently ranked No 101, will now face the top seed Sebastian Baez in the next round.
