Although Otmar Szafnauer stepped down as team principal in 2022, he has remained active in the world of competition. Through his company, Soft Pauer, he continues to provide services to F1 organizations. During challenging times, Szafnauer relied on his resources to support his team, even covering everyone’s salaries at Force India on two occasions in the past.
