On Wednesday night at the National Tennis Center in Beijing, Bulgarian Viktoriya Tomova defeated Ukrainian Lesia Tsurenko with a score of 6-3, 6-3, advancing to the first round of the China Open.
Tomova, currently ranked No. 51, will now face No. 15 seed Paula Badosa in her next match.
