Due to a 10-spot grid penalty, Max Verstappen will be starting the Belgian Grand Prix from the back of the field. This penalty, looming over the Dutchman for some time, is now being enforced as Red Bull is set to replace the combustion engine in Verstappen’s RB20, according to reports from GPblog.
